Description: The ground based “Team Energizer” program is a collaborative program designed to promote Team Spirit, Growth, Binding and Self-Insight.  Through a series of ground based initiatives and group problem solving exercises, our facilitators guide your team to begin on the path to reaching a higher potential.  Our team will create a dynamic, exciting and productive program using the Adventure Based Education (ABE) model with emphasis on celebration as a team! This type of program can be delivered indoors in conference or ballroom, outdoor parks or local Venues, you decide and we will create what you need.

Program format:  Decision making, brainstorming and problem solving allow teams to bond and also create high-energy competition. This program is designed to do just that. Using the above ground based initiatives and group discussion our facilitators will challenge participants to analyze their strengths and future commitments to the team.   Each of the ground-based challenges will have varied number of teammates from 2 people working together to 20. Our lead facilitator will have the participants form new teams before each initiative giving everyone the opportunity to work together and connect with colleagues they may not know.

Included:  We will prepare a physical setting for all indoor activities, including on-site fixtures, structures and equipment. Provide sufficient staff facilitation to meet required educational and safety standards for the program.  Furnish all equipment and services necessary or required to deliver the program.  Lead, Guide and facilitate all Exercises and activities Pre-Program Consultation and Assessment.
