Paul Blanchard – Owner
Paul has worked in the adventure based learning and corporate team development field for the last 16 years. Utilizing a background in adventure programming, business development and corporate team development, Paul has lead programs for clients throughout the United States and the world. Focused on developing programs that have a beneficial impact on the communities in which A New Team works, Paul works to find the best fit for every client and every charity he works with. Paul brings a vision to the company that looks beyond the meeting and into the community. An Avid Adventurer Paul has completed two Ironman competitions, climbed some of the country’s classic mountains and enjoys being on his bike as much as possible. Nikki Chan – Senior Program Manager
Nikki Chan has 16 years experience working with people using experiential learning processes. A master facilitator, expert in fostering a fun yet focused learning environment. Some of her training and certifications include; DiSC Classic, CCEJ Diversity Training, Conflict resolution, PAX Mastery – partnership training, High Ropes course. She has 3 children, lives in Capistrano Beach California and loves hiking and exploring
Stephen Silvers – Lead Facilitator
Stephen Silvers is a dynamic and energetic Team Building consultant. With 10+ years of experience, he brings clear communication and has earned an excellent reputation for inspiring clients through his expert facilitation. He is currently certified in: CPR/First Aid, Challenge Course Technical Training and Safety, DiSC Classic, 7 Habits, CCEJ Diversity Training, Conflict Resolution. Although from England, he now lives in Southern California with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys Martial Arts and holds the rank of Purple Belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
Mike Hastings – Lead Facilitator
With multi-disciplinary background that blends both physical and social sciences, Mike has over fifteen years experience in Team Building and Project Management. His Team Building experience includes proven success in the development and implementation of Team Building programs for public entities, small business and Fortune 500 companies. Whether it’s leading a program or facilitating a specific challenge, Mike enjoys interacting and connecting with clients to help improve their understanding and execution of strategies to achieve team goals and objectives. Mike has worked with diverse project teams and interest groups to develop, fund and implement great programs. He credits his multidisciplinary background and communication skills as a cornerstone to his success as a manager. His experience includes; managing diverse project teams working with complex systems; fund raising; development, negotiation and management of million dollar contracts; stakeholder outreach and education; and conflict resolution.
