The Amazing Incredible “APP-Venture” Race

This fast paced, unique adventure is intended to capture team creativity, excitement, and team collaboration. With a blend of physical and mental challenges the APP-Venture gives every team member an opportunity to contribute to their team’s success. Our Amazing smart Phone App tracks all photos, 10-second videos, GPS check ins and points in real time so teams can track their competitors along the way.

Each program is customized with your team and location in mind; our professional facilitators will take the time to create a one of a kind race that will keep everyone engaged and on their game!

Program Format:

Small groups of participants move throughout the hotel grounds capturing fun photos and 10 second videos with smart phone app and taking on physical team challenges all for points towards victory! Teams race against each other and the clock as they try to make it to the winner’s circle!

Program Tentative Schedule:

Race intro: 1:00pm All Team Members meet on the grounds of the hotel:
Introduction of the program, Team captains download the Smart Phone APP for the program and login, distribution of team bandanas, create a Team Name, Large group Ice Breaker and kick off of the race!

1:15pm teams begin the race as they spread out to take on Photo Missions on their new smart phone APP and find our adventure staff with physical challenges! Teams race out around the hotel or local hotspot taking fun pictures and scoring points!

2:45pm Teams finish at the start location or Hotel Bar for a well deserved adult beverage! All photos will be displayed on smart TV or large screen (to be secured by clients)

3:00pm Adventure staff tallies scores, puts all photos on USB drive and announces winning team!

Find a specific painting in the lobby, what year is on the signature?
Where on property would you buy sunblock?
Somewhere on property there is this restaurant name, what item costs $6.95?

Example Team Challenges:

Drop Zone Game: this is a multi player game where 4 players hold 2 ropes, 1 person at the end of each rope. Holding the ropes close together they must roll a ball along the ropes pulling them apart with perfect timing where the ball drops into 1, 5, or 10-point buckets. This communication exercise is perfect for teamwork and scoring big points!

The Quicksand Crossing: Using a series of multiple length boards and wooden blocks, teams must figure a way to transport all team members safely across the “Quick Sand” Swamp by building a bridge! Proper planning and execution is the key to a successful crossing; having an engineer on the team will not help!

Program Details:

Armed with clipboards, a list of available points, licensed use of smart phone APP, trivia questions and the secret locations for physical challenges teams move throughout the hotel trying to complete this unique list of team tasks. The team with the most points wins!

Design and create a fully custom Amazing incredible race, team bandanas, USB Drive with all post race photos, adventure staff and support, high energy Emcee with sound system, handheld mic and music, Adventure staff to facilitate all games, all games, challenges and equipment, printed paperwork, licenses for APP, all necessary equipment and props, as well as Gold medals for top three teams.

Our team will:

• Acquire all licenses for smart phone APP to be used in race.
• Assist all teams with installation of APP and technical problem solving with APP during program.
• Full design of race, photo and physical challenges
• Adventure staff on hand to assist all teams, guide and provide technical help.
• All printing, clipboards, tools and equipment necessary to deliver the amazing race.
