Proprietary Agreement

The ideas and concepts as set forth in this programs information package are considered proprietary information and as such shall not be duplicated, published, or used without the prior written consent of A New Team Adventure, Inc. These materials are submitted in strict confidence solely for the purpose of determining whether you wish to retain, A New Team Adventure’s services; to execute a custom designed project or program based upon the ideas and concepts set forth in this proposal.

Accordingly, the receiver of this document is not authorized to disclose in any manner (e.g. electronically, verbally, or any other manner) the ideas and concepts described in this Adventure Programs information document to any other person, company, whether retained or not, for the exclusive reasons described. A New Team Adventure, Inc. will seek injunctive paths and damages for disclosure or use by any other person, company, or entity who produces the concepts, whether in whole or part, the concepts detailed in this proposal.

These materials, concepts and ideas remain the property of A New Team Adventure, Inc. and shall be returned upon request.

Reservations and Cancellation Policies

A signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to confirm reservations.

Should your reserved program be challenged, you will have 72 hours to return your signed contract and 50% non-refundable deposit or your space will be released.

Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-transferable.

All Cancellations for groups or members of groups must be done within 15 days of the scheduled event for credit (deposit not included). All groups will be held to signed contracts unless changes are agreed upon more than five days before program in writing and signed by both parties.

Final payment is due on the day of the program unless credit terms (30 days maximum) have been established in writing and signed by both parties.

All participants must sign A New Team Adventure Inc Release form.

All Prices are subject to change, unless agreed upon with a signed contract.
