The San Diego Animal Support foundation was the recipient of 20 new Dog houses built during A New Team’s Corporate CSR team building program in San Diego! The Doggies were amazing as they arrived to surprise the participants! Wow what a day!

This Corporate Team building program was designed to give teams the opportunity to work together and actually build something fun. Using tools, paints, brushes, teamwork and collaboration each of these dog houses came into creation through a shared vision! Winning the parts to the houses with fun games and minute to win it style challenges teams ended the day with some of the best Dog houses we have seen!

Of course, the dogs weren’t the only winners in this scenario.  This client fully understood the benefits of team building in San Diego!  The participants were able to experience an event that not only let them get to know one another better, but also work as a team in a way that had not previously done.

This is a great example of how creative you can get with team building activities and the types of programs that we put into action for the clients we serve.  Every business is different and therefore every team has different needs, motivations, and things that “make them tick”.  We put together this particular event with this in mind and everyone had a great time!

Giving back to the community is something that almost all employees express interest and can get behind.  Of course, no everyone is a dog lover, until they do something like this of course!  This creative approach made it possible for those involved to give back to the community in a way they might not have ever even thought of.  Employees that are engaged in the community are not only more fulfilled in their roles within their organization, but also can help create an all around more fulfilling life for them outside of work, which of course has benefits for both the employees and the employers.  Happy employees are employees that stay and are more productive, but that happiness is not just within the workplace, it is a must to create a situation where staff feels as fulfilled as much as possible both at work and outside of work.  There are many things outside of work that an employer can not control but getting people involved in team building San Diego activities such as these, will help all lead a happy and more fulfilled life.  Team building not only helps at the office but also in people’s lives!  What a great day to spend helping dogs and people!
